Hence, it is not infallible algorithm that can be used to make people feel happy! In my own life, I am by nature not a person who often feel depressed / lonely or sad. Because of this I had problems in the past about people who feel these things. As a typical Australian, I often respond with "fight the way get over it! 'Or,'Boo hoo for you, cry a river!"
But last year, my feelings change. I am not quite sure whether it is because I was older and therefore more aware of the "bigger picture", or if it is because I am older and a sense of how the time is faster! This could be even more relevant my current situation - I have a feeling fulfilled in some areas but not in others?
To help me understand this old question, I took some time to examine why we feel this way. Of course, there are a lot of stress in life, which can add to feelings of dissatisfaction, and there are a lot of personal problems that affect how people feel. I am a big believer that the perception of "good luck" or to live a life where you feel confident that finally begin your thinking.
This is good news! Why? because you do not need to be exposed to the feelings that you and I experience (dissatisfaction, depression, loss of pleasure or apathy) forever! What is your situation, you can reach the place where you once again feel joy in your life.
Consider for a moment: Why is it that we look at some amazing stories about people who are exposed to terrible things that are amazing renaissance, which monitors become leaders in their fields and wonderful, inspirational speaker who help others are wounded. Then we see others who have no great dramas in their lives fall into emotional situations, such as depression and despair?
I'm not suggesting that there is no quick solution to this problem! But I have a greater understanding that the key sense of life includes some truths:
-- We must recognize that, regardless of experience, he is everything to gain from life! -- The key to having a happy, fulfilling life is to understand the power of your thoughts - we can make a conscious decision to change our position!
